Description
This qualitative triplex system allows, for each sample, the specific and simultaneous amplification of four target sequences of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus (N, SPIKE, RdRP-1 and RdRP-2) thanks to the double detection systems as well as an endogenous internal control.
The test ID ™ SARS-CoV-2 Fast Essential Triplex can be used as well in fast program (35 minutes) as in classic program (1 hour) according to the needs of the laboratory. It makes it possible to detect in a single reaction four target sequences of SARS-CoV-2, two at the level of the sequences encoding the core (N) and spike (SPIKE) proteins and two on the sequence encoding the RNA polymerase dependent on L 'RNA (RdRP-1 and RdRP-2).
This kit can be used for in-vitro diagnostic (CE-IVD) purposes. It is validated on the following instruments: CFX-96 Touch real time PCR (Bio-Rad), QuantStudio 5 ™ (Applied Biosystems) and LC480 (Roche). For all other instruments, please contact us.
