CLEAPART-100, PARTICULATE DEPOSIT MONITOR
Passive, stand-alone collection device to monitor particulate contamination
The principle of operation of the Cleapart-100: the airborne particles in the air will settle naturally on the collecting glass pane (100cm²). Once deposited, the particles are detected, measured and recorded by an imaging and illumination system specially designed to scan this collecting glass surface. The optical head scans the entire scan area in 7 minutes. Thanks to a high resolution camera combined with a microscope objective, the Cleapart-100 can detect, count and sort particles of> 5µm,> 15µm,> 25µm and 100µm in real time.
The device can be oriented horizontally or vertically as needed, making it possible to be as representative as possible of the object or process to be controlled.
